From reading rock to reading the market
For twenty-five years I interpreted seismic and well data to decide where to drill — high-stakes calls made on evidence, not optimism. Real estate turned out to be the same problem with different data: most of it is noise, and the people with the cleanest read win. So I built the read — the dashboards, the community breakdowns, the fifteen-year history of what actually sold.

I won't quote a high number to win your listing, and I won't tell you your home is perfect when the comps say otherwise. You get the data, my honest interpretation of it, and a straight recommendation. That's the whole pitch — and it's why the people I work with tend to send me the next ones.
